Shipping

Our processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, delivery within the UK typically takes 6-8 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days from the time of purchase.

Yes! We provide free and secure shipping on all UK orders.

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package via our Track Order page or the tracking number in your email.

Orders placed before 11:00 PM GMT are processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order if you’re not completely satisfied. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

2. Wait for approval from our customer service team.

3. Once approved, you’ll receive:

- A prepaid return label

- Detailed return instructions

4. Pack the item securely and drop it off using the return label.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it.

If it has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Return the original item using our return process.
